A report released Wednesday by the Center For Science in Public Interest says just one take-out dish could include up to a teaspoon and a half of salt. And appetizers like spare ribs have the highest amounts of sodium and fat. Some report recommendations to cut the fat and salt: order stir-fried vegetables and ask for brown rice instead of white.
